Gambling Addiction Support

CBT can help identify the thought patterns and urges behind gambling behaviours, while supporting you to regain control and reduce harmful habits.

Compulsive Habits

Whether it’s repetitive behaviours, unhealthy coping habits, or compulsive patterns, CBT helps uncover what is driving these behaviours and replace them with healthier responses.
