Terms & Conditions
All purchases of our products, sessions, packages and workshops, following an initial consultation are non-refundable. In the event that you need to cancel your session or purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer full refunds, we may be able to assist you with rescheduling or modifying your booking, subject to availability and our terms and conditions.
If you wish to reschedule your session/appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled reservation date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, however rescheduling is subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
If you do not arrive for your scheduled reservation without prior notice, it will be considered a "no-show," and no refunds or rescheduling options will be available.
In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or other unforeseeable events, we will work with you to reschedule your booking for a mutually agreeable date or provide a credit for future use. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
